Executive Board 2024-2025

Isabel Li oversees operations and administrative responsibilities for Rutgers Enactus and lends support to projects, initiatives, the eboard, and individuals where needed! Isabel is currently pursuing a cross-disciplinary business and sociology senior thesis on gastrodiplomacy and enjoys crocheting clothes in her free time.

Zia Ostawal leads project development as Director of Projects, helping teams bring their ideas to life for Enactus Rutgers. Outside of Enactus, Zia is part of the Fashion Organization of Retail & Marketing and the Road to Wall Street Program.

Akshaya Nagella oversees a team of finance consultants in organizing fundraisers or conducting grant research for their project and the organization as a whole. Outside of Enactus, Akshaya is involved in Rutgers Women in Business and Douglass.

Andrew Scanlon trains new members and coordinates social events for Rutgers Enactus. Otherwise, Andrew likes to watch TV, movies, and football, listen to music, and write.

Soham Paratkar handles administrative tasks such as recording attendance, ensuring proper levels of engagement and communication, as well as supporting one of the club's six projects/initiatives. Outside of Enactus, Soham has been involved with the Rutgers Consulting Group and, in his free time, enjoys playing and watching soccer.

Sreya Anupuru is the Vice President of Rutgers Enactus, where she collaborates with her fellow board members to drive impactful entrepreneurial projects and initiatives. Outside of Rutgers Enactus, Sreya is involved in the Road to Consulting Program and likes to go rock climbing.

Aum Mundhe helps create Enactus' projects of the future by consulting with existing initiatives and leading the R&D Committee in creating new project ideas from scratch. Aum also enjoys playing and writing trivia questions as part of the Rutgers Academic Team.

Elysha Conrad organizes a team of marketing consultants in planning and executing marketing efforts for individual projects/initiatives and for Rutgers Enactus as a whole. Outside of Rutgers Enactus, Elysha is involved with Res Life and the Road to Consulting Program.

Mihir Chandra, as the current Director of Competition, assists our projects and initiatives in preparing for social entrepreneurship pitch competitions around the US in an effort to raise funds and further our social impact. Outside of Rutgers Enactus, Mihir is involved with the Rutgers Student Managed Fund and Road to Wall Street Program.
